1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or using the services of B&H Tax and Bookkeeping Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide professional financial services including, but not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and bookkeeping clean-ups
• Tax preparation and tax planning 
• Payroll and sales tax services
• Financial and business consulting
   

All services are provided pursuant to a written agreement, proposal, or engagement letter.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification
• Review deliverables for accuracy
• Pay all fees according to agreed terms

You acknowledge that errors or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of the Company.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are communicated in advance and may be billed as flat fees, retainers, or hourly services depending on the scope of work. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. No Legal or Financial Guarantee

While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we do not guarantee specific financial, tax, or business outcomes. Our services are based on information provided by the client and applicable laws at the time services are performed.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and use it solely for providing agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which B&H Tax and Bookkeeping Services, LLC operates.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
